Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Fees and cancelations:

 1) Train Arrival Monitoring: Due to the lack of timely and accurate information, Jeff's ride service does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed more than five minutes.

2) Cancelation policy:

Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3) Sedan Cancelations: 

Cancelation of a car service within 24 hours of a scheduled pick up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service charges.

4) Sedan Wait Time Policy:

For non-airport sedan pickups (Residential, Hotel, Business, etc.) a 5-minute grace period is provided for the scheduled pickup time. After 5 minutes, wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments at $25.00 per increment. Excessive wait time may result in ride cancelation and full fair charges May apply.

5) No Show Policy:

 If customer does not appear within 5 minutes of arrival time, the ride will be considered and no show. Full fair price will be charged

6) Domestic Flight Wait Time: 

30 minutes of free waiting time is given on all domestic airline flights from the official posted arrival time. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments based on $20.00 per increment.

 7) International flight wait time:

 On international Airline flights, driver will not arrive until approximately 15 minutes after posted arrival time to minimize wait time charges due to normal US customs delays. There will be no additional wait time charges until 30 minutes after posted flight arrival.

 8) Flight Delay & Rescheduling:

* Flights that are delayed or rescheduled more than one hour from their original arrival time will result in a cancelation and require a rescheduled booking of services pending my availability.

  9) Stop Charges:

 Passenger requested stops on route (Non detour) During a point-to-point reservation will be charged $10.00 per stop for a maximum wait time of 5 minutes, and charges will revert to Jeff's ride service hourly rate after five minutes. ($80.00)

 Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations: Charges will revert to respective vehicles hourly rates and minimums.

  10) Payment Due:

 Payment is due at the completion of the ride unless prearranged.

Rides more than 15 minutes away or long distance and scheduled rides require prepayment.

11) Deposits:

 A non-refundable deposit will be required for: 

*Airport trips

 *Early morning rides

*Long distance trips

 *Group bookings.

12) Refund policy

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Jeff's ride service.

  No refunds for:

*No shows

*Late cancelations

*Delays caused by customer

  13) Behavior and safety policy:

  Zero tolerance policy

*No illegal drugs or open alcohol

*Now smoking or vaping in vehicle

*Disorderly or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of ride with no refund.

  14) Seatbelts required:

* All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

 15) Child safety:

*Customer must provide proper child safety seats required by law.

  16) Vehicle damage policy:

* Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

* Cleaning fee of $50.00 may apply for:

* Vomiting

* Spills

* Excessive dirt

* Repair cost will be billed if damages occur.

  17) Weather and road conditions Clause:

*Service may be suspended due to hazardous road conditions.

* Just Ride service reserves the right to cancel rides due to weather for safety reasons.

* No liability for delays caused by traffic, Accidents, or whether.

18) Liability disclaimer:

  Jeff's ride service is not responsible for:

* Lost or forgotten items

* Delays due to traffic or unforeseen events.

* Missed flights if insufficient travel time was scheduled.

  19) Lost and found policy:

* Lost items will be held for 48 hours

* Customer must arrange pick up.

* Delivery of lost items will incur a fee.

  20) Pricing disclosure:

*Rates may vary based on:

  * Distance

  * Time of day

  * Fuel costs

  * Demand

  * Special events

*All pricing will be disclosed before ride confirmation.

21) Payment Methods Accepted: 

Payment can be made by credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple and Google Pay, Cash app, and PayPal.

22) Chargeback and Payment Dispute:

By booking services with Jeff's Ride service, the customer authorizes all agreed-upon charges. Any charge backs or payment disputes filed without valid cause (including disputes for services rendered, late cancelations, or no-shows) may result in additional collection efforts and fees. Jeff's Ride service reserves the right to provide signed agreements, booking confirmations, text messages, GPS records, and trip documentation to dispute any chargeback claims. Customer agrees to reimburse any fees incurred by Jeff's ride service as a result of unjustified chargebacks.

23) Modifications to Terms:

Jeff's Ride Service reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
